Preparation before using a hydraulic wrench: Before use, check the rated working pressure of the hydraulic components and supporting components to ensure it matches the pressure of the hydraulic pump; Check whether the hydraulic oil pipe is wrapped, confirm whether the connection between the square head drive shaft and the lock is safe and reliable, and ensure that all joints, bends, and rotating joints are not deformed or damaged.
Connection of hydraulic wrench: Connect the hydraulic pump and wrench, and check if the hydraulic oil pipe joint is tightened after connection.
Operation of hydraulic wrench: Place the remote control switch under oil pressure and do not release it. When the wrench enters the oil, it starts to rotate. When you hear a "pop" sound from the wrench, it indicates that the wrench is in place and stops rotating. Release it at this time, which is the oil return position. When you hear a "pop" sound from the wrench again, it indicates that the wrench has completed the reset. Repeat the above steps and let the wrench idle for 3-5 turns. Observe whether there is any abnormality in the rotation of the wrench. If there is no abnormality, it can start working; Determine the direction of the drive shaft and observe it facing the bolt. Clockwise rotation is the tightening direction, and counterclockwise rotation is the loosening direction of the bolt; The high-strength bolt inspection adopts the tightening method, which means that the specified torque of the high-strength bolt is used for tightening operation. If the hydraulic wrench does not rotate, it indicates that the bolt is normal and not loose, reaching the required torque; If the hydraulic wrench rotates, it indicates that the bolt is loose, and the bolt torque cannot reach the specified torque value and needs to be tightened.
Dismantling after hydraulic wrench operation: After inspecting the high-strength bolts, disassemble the hydraulic wrench system. Press and hold the operation button, while rotating the rotating handle on the butterfly bolt on the hydraulic pump counterclockwise to release the pressure regulating valve. When there is no pressure in the hydraulic pump station, release the operation button, turn off the power, loosen the oil pipe connector, and pair the two ends of the oil pipe with internal and external threaded joints to tighten each other to prevent debris from entering the joint. Tighten the joint sealing cover on the hydraulic pump station, clean the residual hydraulic oil at the joint of the hydraulic wrench, and then put the hydraulic wrench into the toolbox.
