(2) Clean the return oil main pipe
Cleaning the hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic system does not mean that there is no old oil in the entire hydraulic system. In fact, at this time, the oil in the circuit header is still old, and it must be cleaned up. Therefore, after replacing the new oil in the hydraulic cylinder, it is necessary to remove the circuit header, start the engine and run at a low speed, so that the oil pump works, respectively manipulate each mechanism, and discharge the old oil in the circuit one by one by hydraulic oil until the new oil flows out of the return oil header.
(3) Fully replenish oil
When the hydraulic cylinder is cleaned and the old oil in the circuit header is removed, there is no old oil in the entire hydraulic system. At this time, the oil can be fully replenished into the mailbox in the hydraulic system until the specified position. In this way, the oil change work of the entire hydraulic system is successfully completed.
